The contributors of the special issues are mostly the same as the ones of the "22" and it is not always obvious to they, that the "22" with free themes is going on further, meanwhile the specials don’t. In "special-times" the "22"-River flows a little bit more slowly. The starter of the 9/22 issue is Sándor Bátai, a member of the Hungarian Electrographic Society. I knew this picture already from a giant print, but this version is hand made by an enigmatic technique. I like this work very much, and I thought seriously about to hang up one of the sheets in a frame on the wall.

A különkiadványok bevezetése kifogta a szelet a folyamatos számok vitorlájából - a meghívottak gyakran az alaplap törzsalkotói is, akik nem voltak mindig tisztában vele, hogy a reguláris 22 megy tovább -, de a folyam azért nem állt meg. A 9-es számot Bátai Sándor lapja indítja, akivel a Magyar Elektrográfiai Társaság révén kerültünk kapcsolatba. E képét már ismertem egy gigantikus nyomatról, de ez itt kézműves munka, amely valamilyen megfejthetetlen technikával készült. Annyira szeretem, hogy komolyan fontolgattam, a saját példányom lapját inkább bekeretezem és kiakasztom a falra, de aztán erőt vettem magamon és bekötöttem azt is.
