I know Keith Bates from my first days in the Mail Art Network and he participated already in some of my projects before I started with the magazine-making. At that time Keith had begun making types. This employment is nowadays more important for him as the mail-art, but he gave us the Mail Art Type: every mailartist designed a type of the ABC. I created the little "p". This type-family became a little bit eclectic, but some of us use it constantly for mail art documentations. Keith designed for "20" Days a new type named "Susanna", he sent me the original drawings to the diary and the complete type family on CD. I use it always to the lists of the contributors in my magazines. It is a huge honour and one of the greatest gift in my mail art activity.

A mail art világában Keith Bates régi motoros, több akciómon részt vett a magazinok előtt is. Közös naplónk idején kezdett betűtervezésbe, s ez sajnos elcsábította a mail arttól, de előtte még nagy ajándékot kaptunk tőle: a Mail Art nevű betűtípust, ahol minden betűt és jelet más mailartista tervezett. Nekem a kis "p" jutott. Tipográfus szemmel kicsit eklektikus lett, de sokan máig használják projektek dokumentumaihoz. A huszonkét nap alkalmából minden nap tervezett egy írásjelet a Susanna nevű típushoz, s ennek eredeti lapjai lettek a Keith Bates-oldalak a magazinban. A csomagban természetes megkaptam CD-n a komplett betűkészletet; a különszámok résztvevőlistái azóta is ebből készülnek.
