In the year 1999 Hungary was The Guest of Honor on the Frankfurt Book Fair. I discovered on the exhibition of the Hungarian paper artists a cute little book from Ágnes HAász (the address of the artist was also there) and I invited Agnes to my topic mail art project. She sent me a postcard and inaugurated me to the electrographic. I experimented already also with fax and copy machine, but I didn't know the term "electrographic" yet. Through Ágnes I took many years part on some electrographic exhibitions in Hungary, was also co-organizer and laudator of a Hungarian-German exhibition in memoriam of László Moholy-Nagy in Kaposvár (South-Hungary). Ágnes passed my address to Evelin Sós too, who took part on my Ernst magazine. I met Evelin in 2007 on the Arnolfini Festival. The Festival is a great event in the house and garden in Szigetszentmiklós (near Budapest) of the married couple Ira Horváth and Ervin Zsubori, who are hosting also this website of my magazines and became over time good friends of mine.

Az 1999-as Frankfurti Könyvvásár díszvendége Magyarország volt. A művészkönyv szekcióban, a Magyar Papírművészek tárlatán, felfedeztem egy helyes kis könyvet, bizonyos HAász Ágnestől. Ott volt a postacíme is, így írtam neki és meginvitáltam akkori aktuális mail art projektemre. Küldött egy képeslapot, s érdekes kalandba avatott be: az elektrográfiába. Korábban én is kísérletezetem már faxszal és fénymásolóval, csak akkor még nem tudtam, hogy ezt minek nevezik. Ági továbbadta címemet Sós Evelinnek is, így őt is felkérhettem a Max Ernst-számra. Evelinnel életem első Arnolfini Fesztiválján ismerkedtünk meg személyesen, de ez már egy másik történet.
